License Agreement

1. What you’re buying

DLS-Lead is a digital product that may include: Figma UI kit (components, styles, variables, design tokens - color, spacing, typography, radius, etc.), documentation pages, optional code assets (if included in your package). This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

2. License type

This purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DLS-Lead under the rules below. Unless you purchased an enterprise agreement, this license is for: one individual (Personal License), or one company/team (Team License)

3. Allowed use (what you CAN do)

You may use DLS-Lead to:

- design and build commercial or non-commercial digital products
- create internal tools and dashboards
- create client work (if you are a freelancer or agency)
- modify the system to fit your product (tokens, components, styles)
- export assets and implement them in code for real products

4. Restrictions (what you CAN’T do)

You may not:
‍
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute DLS-Lead (in full or in part)
- publish it to Figma Community or any public/shared library
- share the file with people who are not covered by your license
- use DLS-Lead to create a competing design system, UI kit, template, or asset pack for sale
- remove or replace copyright / attribution notices

5. Seats / team sharing

If your license is seat-based:

- each person who edits or uses the source files must be covered by a seat

If your license is team-based:
‍
- usage is limited to employees/contractors working for the same company on the same projects.

6. Updates

Your purchase includes:
‍
- all future updates to DLS-Lead for the version you purchased
- updates may include new components, new variants, improvements, bug fixes, and documentation changes
- Updates are delivered via: the official DLS-Lead updates page: [insert link] and/or email (if you opt in)

We do not guarantee:
‍
- a fixed update schedule
- specific features by a certain date

But you will always have access to updates when they are released.

7. Support

Support is provided via:

Support includes:
‍
- questions about licensing
- download/update access issues
- basic usage questions
‍
Support does not include:
‍
- custom implementation work
- building a full product for you
- creating custom components on demand

8. Refund policy

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final.If you have access issues, contact us and we will help you resolve them.

9. Intellectual property

DLS-Lead is protected by copyright.
All rights not explicitly granted in this license remain reserved by the creator.

10. Disclaimer (“as-is”)

DLS-Lead is provided as-is.

We are not liable for:
‍
- lost revenuebugs in implementation
- product delays
- indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination

If you violate this license, your right to use DLS-Lead ends immediately.
You must delete all copies and stop using the Product.
